  • Hot Treatment
    Place the Relief Cushie carefully in the middle of the clean turntable of the microwave and heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Shake the contents before use and place on the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes. Reheat as required.

    Cold Treatment
    Place the Relief Cushie in a reusable plastic bag and chill in the freezer for 45 to 60 minutes. Shake the contents before use and place on the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes. Rechill as required.
  • To preserve the quality of the product, we suggest that you store your Mhysaa Relief Cushie in a cool and dry place in the Cushie Bag provided. Please ensure that the Relief Cushie is dry.
  • Yes. as long as the pack is not too hot or chilled, its safe to be used
  • As long as it is used on any other part of the body except the tummy, it is safe. It is, in fact, comforting for lower back pain, neck stiffness, other aches and pains and nausea.
  • We prefer to keep our products fresh. Shipment can take 7-10 working days.
  • Shipping is inclusive in the cost. However, for customised hampers, shipping will be calculated on actuals.
  • Yes, you can request a return within 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at mhysaa.in@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is advisable to share some images or a video of the defective piece.
